By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Services"), including virtual machines, dedicated servers, and related hosting solutions, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing a service, or accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

Hydra Hosting provides virtual machines (VMs), dedicated servers, and related hosting services, subject to the following:

  • Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., maintenance, force majeure).

  • Resource Allocation: Services are provided based on the plan selected. Overuse of resources (e.g., CPU, bandwidth) may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

  • Configuration: Users are responsible for configuring and managing their VMs or servers unless otherwise specified in the service plan.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection, intellectual property, and anti-spam regulations.

  • Not engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

    • Hosting illegal content (e.g., pirated software, malware).

    • Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or other malicious activities.

    • Using excessive resources that impair service for other users.

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

  • Back up your data regularly. Hydra Hosting is not responsible for data loss due to user error or failure to maintain backups.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan, as outlined on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

  • Payment Terms: Payments are due in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually, based on your plan). Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Refunds: Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial purchase for eligible plans, provided no significant resources have been used. Contact support for details.

  • Fraud Prevention: We use fraud detection tools to verify transactions. Suspicious orders may be delayed or canceled.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you:

  • Violate these ToS or our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

  • Fail to make timely payments.

  • Engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through the client portal, but no refunds will be issued for unused service periods unless specified in Section 4.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content, trademarks, and software provided by Hydra Hosting remain our property or that of our licensors.

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload or host. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and manage your content as necessary to provide the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Hydra Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits) arising from the use of our Services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

  • We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or damages caused by third-party actions or events beyond our control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hydra Hosting, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these ToS, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Modifications to Terms
